This is the Health & Safety Policy Statement of Bensons Chauffeur Services Ltd in accordance with the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974.

Our policy upholds the following:
To provide and sustain control of the health and safety risks arising from our work activities
To ensure all vehicles working for Bensons comply with the current PCO regulations
To provide and maintain safe vehicles and equipment
To provide information, instruction and supervision for all employees
To ensure all employees are competent in fulfilling their tasks in a safe and healthy way, and to provide adequate training for this
To maintain safe and healthy working conditions for all employees
To consult with our employees on matters affecting their health and safety
To ensure all staff adhere to the European Working Time Directive and the Working Time Regulations specified by the DTI
To ensure all drivers adhere to the European Working Time Directive and the Road Transport Working Time Regulations specified by theDepartment for Transport
To review and revise this policy as necessary at regular intervals
